This Code of Conduct Form must be completed by all cast, crew, production team members, and all associated volunteers (including Front of House and Executive Committee members) engaged in activities at Marloo Theatre or any other Darlington Theatre Players Inc. events. Failure or refusal to adhere to the guidelines below may result in action taken by the Executive Committee. If deemed necessary, affiliated organisations, including legal entities, may also be involved. Community theatre thrives when everyone is taken care of. Therefore, it's crucial for everyone in our theatre to be aware of the expected behaviors, rights, and responsibilities. This ensures the well-being of everyone involved in our esteemed organisation.

For Members Aged 16 or Younger: If the member is 16 years of age or younger, this form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian on their behalf. It is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of our younger members, and as such, we require the acknowledgment and agreement of their guardians to the terms set forth in our documents.
