Ticket Terms & Conditions

This ticket is proof of purchase of the defined event and must be presented upon request. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry. Darlington Theatre Players Inc. (DTP) reserves the right to refuse entry.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Tickets for this event are subject to the following refund/cancellation policy:

• Ticket Refunds: If you are unable to attend the event for which you have purchased tickets, you may request a refund of the ticket price. To request a refund, you must contact our box office at least 24 hours before the scheduled performance. Refunds will be processed within five business days from the date of your request. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Cancelled Event: In the event that the event is cancelled, we will provide a full refund of the ticket price, including all booking fees and associated costs. We will make every effort to contact ticket holders in advance of the cancellation and provide information regarding rescheduling or refunds.
• Exchanges: Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours before the original scheduled performance.
• Please note that DTP reserves the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund. Refunds may be refused or reduced in the following circumstances:
  • If you do not provide sufficient notice of your cancellation request (less than 24 hours before the performance).
  • If the event has already started and you arrive after the scheduled start time.
  • If you arrive for a performance date/time different from your purchased ticket.
  • If you are found to be in breach of the event’s terms and conditions (e.g., disruptive behaviour, violation of age restrictions)
  • If you arrive for a performance date/time different from your purchased ticket.
  • If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government-mandated shutdowns.

• Late comers will have to wait to be seated. There will be no refunds. Doors open 1 hour before the event. 
• Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
• Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises, and will not be eligible for a refund.
• This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.
• Free/Complimentary Tickets: Tickets that are provided on a complimentary or free basis are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other events or dates. These tickets also cannot be given to other individuals. No refunds or credits will be provided for unused or unwanted complimentary tickets. DTP reserves the right to cancel complimentary tickets at any time, with or without notice.
• Season Passes: Season passes are non-transferable and are valid only for the individual who originally purchased or received the pass. Individual performances within a season pass are not eligible for a refund. Should you be unable to attend a specific performance, no refund or exchange will be provided for that individual event. DTP reserves the right to cancel a season pass at any time, with or without notice, in which case a pro-rata refund for unused performances may be provided at DTP’s sole discretion.
